Position Overview:

As a vital member of our dynamic team, the Sales Associate serves as the primary representative of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service and fostering strong relationships with clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Generating sales revenue by developing new business opportunities and enhancing sales with existing clients.
  • Creating lists of potential customers to pursue as sales leads.
  • Traveling within your designated territory to engage with both regular and prospective clients to secure orders.
  • Showcasing products through demonstrations or samples, highlighting their unique features.
  • Providing pricing and credit terms, and preparing sales agreements for confirmed orders.
  • Estimating delivery dates based on production and logistics knowledge.
  • Maintaining accurate records of business transactions and updating expense reports.
  • Collaborating with internal sales teams to ensure account information and marketing materials are current.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and managing stock.
  • Entering new customer information and sales data into our database.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with purchasing contacts.

Candidate Profile:
We seek individuals with one to two years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the food service or gourmet industry. The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A high-energy, positive attitude and a strong team-oriented mindset.
  • The ability to create a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • A drive to take initiative and achieve successful outcomes despite challenges.
  • Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • A sense of urgency and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Residency within the assigned sales territory is required.
