We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Sales Manager to join our team at Top Notch Contracting LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building a high-performing sales team, and developing strategies to achieve maximum profitability and growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain responsibility for performance of all sales activities within an assigned territory.
- Establish and strategically build a solid customer base.
- Recruit, train, and motivate a Sales team toward hitting specified sales goals.
- Set team goals and conduct quarterly performance reviews with all team members.
- Provide strong leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth in conjunction with company goals.
- Lead by example, using the established sales processes, and close a high percentage of the leads that you and your team generate.
- Continually analyze the sales process in an effort to refine and improve its success, and work with upper management to establish sales reporting framework.
- Make sure you and your team are hitting quarterly and yearly quotas.
- Strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction with all customer interactions.
- Strong track record of accomplishments and promotions in the Sales field.
- Highly personable, with the ability to quickly build relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- 5 + years of sales experience in roofing industry and knowledge of construction and/or building materials.
- 4 + years of team management experience.
$25 per hour, $1000 per week, $4000 per month, plus commission on sales team and commission on jobs you bring in. Work 40 hours a week.
