Role ResponsibilitiesThe Sales Executives focusing on our public sector clientele are driven by a mission to foster a safer world. We collaborate with State and Local Governments to disrupt criminal activities, recover funds for victims, and monitor the evolving digital asset environment.
Our Sales Executives possess established and credible relationships within government sectors and are adept at navigating intricate procurement processes. Success is measured through new business acquisition and account growth.
Key Responsibilities- Exceed sales objectives and significantly enhance our footprint in the state and local law enforcement and regulatory sectors through strategic prospecting and pipeline development.
- Formulate and implement go-to-market strategies that yield consistent and predictable quarterly forecasts.
- Develop a diverse array of opportunities, ensuring reliable and precise forecasting.
- Assist in crafting compelling product positioning and messaging tailored to agency missions, competitive factors, sales channels, and more.
- Establish trust-based relationships with clients, leading to referrals that bolster Bitquery's brand recognition.
We seek candidates who possess:
- A background in B2B SaaS sales, particularly with state and local government clients; experience in law enforcement, investigations, proprietary data, or cybersecurity is advantageous.
- Prior experience working within government entities.
- Proficiency in managing the complete sales cycle, from initial discovery calls to contract negotiations and deal closures.
- Experience collaborating with systems integrators, resellers, distributors, and other partners to broaden our local market reach.
- Expertise in maintaining accurate sales records and forecasting using tools such as Hubspot.
- A willingness to travel 20-30% within the Central territory and across the U.S. as needed.
