Your Role

As a Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative at K-Flex USA, you will be essential in fostering customer satisfaction through effective communication, adept problem-solving, and in-depth product knowledge. This role necessitates a solid grasp of ERP systems, exceptional interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to excel in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries swiftly via phone, email, and chat, providing precise information regarding products, pricing, and availability.
  • Efficiently process orders using the company's ERP system, ensuring accuracy in data entry and timely fulfillment.
  • Work closely with the sales team, including Regional and National Sales Managers, to assist in generating new business and nurturing existing customer relationships.
  • Professionally address customer complaints and concerns, striving to resolve issues in alignment with company policies.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of K-Flex USA's product range, including features, benefits, and applications, to assist customers in selecting appropriate solutions.
  • Leverage ERP system data to analyze customer trends, identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities, and contribute to sales strategies.
  • Support inventory management efforts by monitoring stock levels, coordinating with the warehouse team for replenishment, and conducting regular audits.
  • Provide management with insights regarding customer feedback, market trends, and potential improvements in processes or products.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong proficiency in ERP systems (experience with SAP, Oracle, M3 is advantageous) and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with clients.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to think critically and develop innovative solutions to customer challenges.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.

Physical Requirements

  • Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift objects weighing up to 10 lbs.
  • Ability to remain seated at a desk for extended periods and use fingers for computing tasks.
