Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Attendant to join our team in Montgomery, AL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a safe, speedy, clean, and friendly experience to our customers, while increasing sales and driving growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer
  • Operate car wash equipment, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency
  • Upsell and promote additional services to customers, driving sales and revenue growth
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent education required
  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Reliable transportation and a positive attitude

Work Environment

Our car wash is open 7 days a week, with scheduled hours from 7:30 A.M. to 7:30 P.M. Weekend and holiday shifts are required. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for growth and professional development.
