Job Title: Senior HRIS Manager

The Poarch Band of Creek Indians is seeking a highly skilled Senior HRIS Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for managing our HR information systems, ensuring data integrity, and providing exceptional support to our employees and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain our HRIS systems, including security administration, business process design, and data validation.
  • Develop and implement reporting and analytics functions to support informed decision-making.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and ensure service delivery, resolve system and user experience issues, and optimize system use.
  • Provide end-user training and system-related communication as needed.
  • Develop and maintain efficient process diagrams, accurate process maps, user reference materials, data definitions, interface specifications, and other documentation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of full-time, recent, progressively responsible HRIS experience with direct expertise in integrating, configuring, and managing tools for a successful human resources operation.
  • Three (3) years of project management experience, to include working with senior leaders.
  • Must have successfully led at least one HRIS selection and implementation, ensuring full adoption of an integrated tool set by the HR department.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Dedication to understanding customer needs and exceeding expectations, building collaborative relationships across business units to achieve business objectives.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other tools used to tell data-driven stories.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and manage change, effectively leading change management initiatives.
  • Excellent planning and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
