Job Title: Lead Housekeeper

Forefront Healthcare & Culinary Services is seeking a skilled and dedicated Lead Housekeeper to join our team. As a key member of our Environmental Services (EVS) team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and healthy environment for our residents, guests, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise EVS/Housekeeping personnel to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of the facility.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to meet Forefront standards.
  • Train and mentor EVS/Housekeeping staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Inspect work performed by EVS/Housekeeping personnel to ensure it meets specifications and standards.
  • Communicate with facility management and marketing staff to coordinate cleaning and maintenance activities.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in EVS/Housekeeping or senior living is preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English.
  • Leadership qualities and ability to lead and secure the cooperation of EVS personnel.
  • Ability to work productively with other associates.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive hourly rate of $12.50.
