Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding attendance and punctuality record.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Candidate must have no restrictions for processing phones or correspondence.
  • Must be professional and courteous to peers, supervisors, and managers.
  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively with peers and management.
  • Candidate must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidate must be a team player at all times.
  • Must have an excellent attendance record.
