We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at PRWT Services. As a key member of our Call Center team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via telephone and correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering telephones and providing assistance to customers in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
- Accurately processing, documenting, routing, and recording mail correspondence.
- Handling complaints and investigations in a fair and efficient manner.
- Processing citizen complaints and requests via phone and/or correspondence.
- Researching and processing correspondence in a timely and accurate manner.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures, as well as guidelines and procedures outlined in procedure manuals.
- Performing other duties and responsibilities as necessary to support the Call Center team.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding attendance and punctuality record.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Candidate must have no restrictions for processing phones or correspondence.
- Must be professional and courteous to peers, supervisors, and managers.
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively with peers and management.
- Candidate must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidate must be a team player at all times.
- Must have an excellent attendance record.
