Compensation and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is $83,500-$121,000 based on national averages for a Registered Nurse in Washington state with 1-2 years of experience. Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as a House Supervisor on our Resource Team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating nursing functions related to patient care, interacting with physicians and staff, and ensuring appropriate staffing levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate complex nursing functions related to patient care
- Assure appropriate level of staffing on each nursing unit
- Interact daily with physicians, staff, patients, and the public
- React to change productively and perform related duties as assigned
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in nursing leadership and management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
