Overview:

As a Server, you will play a vital role in our dining operations, showcasing your culinary skills and attention to detail. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and executing cooking schedules to ensure timely meal service.
  • Preparing, portioning, garnishing, and serving meals according to established recipes and menus.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Two to three years of experience in commercial food preparation.
  • Experience in assisted living or skilled nursing environments, with knowledge of dietary restrictions.
  • A solid understanding of nutrition, cooking techniques, and portion control.
  • The ability to operate common kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Capability to prepare a variety of foods in large quantities while adhering to seasoning and cooking time requirements.
  • Basic computer skills are preferred.

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:

A degree or certification from a culinary institute is preferred. Additionally, you should hold or obtain any necessary local or state food handling and sanitation licenses.
