Job Title: Commissioning Specialist

Therma is seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Specialist to join our team. As a Commissioning Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' buildings are commissioned and tested to meet the highest standards of performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide commissioning services to our clients, including site observations, Cx meetings, and on-site assessments.
  • Develop and implement commissioning plans, checklists, and functional performance tests.
  • Conduct required testing and assemble commissioning documentation for submission.
  • Collaborate with architects, owners, and other design and construction professionals to define and perform overall commissioning tasks.
  • Improve professional capability through consistent self-study, interaction with industry professionals, and continuing education opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Four years minimum of controls or test and balance, HVAC design and/or Mech. Construction Administration experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, and FTP share sites.
  • CxT, CxA, CEM, LEED AP BC+C Commissioning certifications or interest to obtain.
  • Bachelor Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree from an Accredited University.
