Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in training and onboarding related to National Registry applications and policies.
  • Process various types of certification and recertification applications.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates and certified individuals, addressing inquiries as needed.
  • Participate in meetings as directed by the Senior Recertification Specialist or Certification Manager.
  • Assist with additional tasks related to the certification team as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma is required.
  • Current or lapsed EMT or Paramedic state license is mandatory.
  • NRP certification is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • Familiarity with policies and procedures is advantageous.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills, maintaining ethical integrity.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Highly organized with excellent record-keeping capabilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Additional Requirements:

  • This is a part-time, seasonal position requiring a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week.
  • Availability to work during the recertification season is necessary.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English is required.
  • Ability to perform tasks in a digital environment, including video conferencing and online collaboration.
  • Competence in keyboard usage is essential.
