Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Consultant to join our team at Digital Insurance LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a book of fee/commissioned revenue business, managing client relationships, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
  • Manage client relationships, including regular communication, issue resolution, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with producers to discuss client needs and develop solutions.
  • Conduct financial and services analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain accurate client records and reports.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Assist in the training and development of employee benefit-related products.
  • Perform special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of benefit insurance coverage and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize client needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the employee benefit field.
  • College graduate and brokers license.
