Job Summary

The Inventory Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our company's inventory records. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills to conduct physical inventories, examine and analyze inventory levels, and detect discrepancies or errors in inventory records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough physical inventories of store locations to ensure accurate counting and recording of inventory.
  • Analyze inventory levels to identify discrepancies or errors and report them to management.
  • Collaborate with team members to share inventory audit findings and proposed solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory management processes and reduce errors.
  • Prepare and present inventory reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience working with inventory management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible schedule and willingness to work outside of regular business hours.
Work Environment

The Inventory Manager will work in a fast-paced office environment with occasional travel to store locations. The ideal candidate will be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time and work in a team-oriented setting.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and life insurance.
