About the Role: As an E-commerce Fulfillment Specialist at Walmart, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless online order fulfillment. You will be responsible for locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise accurately while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fulfill online orders efficiently and effectively
- Maintain accurate order processing and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet sales targets and improve overall store performance
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Salary Information: The estimated hourly wage range for this position is $14-$21 per hour, with additional compensation opportunities through annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour.
Job Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
