Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Financial Aid and Student Accounts teams to resolve complex financial aid issues and ensure compliance with federal regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including in-person, phone, email, and virtual meetings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as higher education administration or finance.
  • At least 1 year of experience in student financial aid, preferably in a higher education setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and functional use of voicemail and fax.
