**Job Title:** Activity Aide
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Activity Aide to join our team at Bedrock Care. As an Activity Aide, you will play a vital role in providing engaging activities and programs for our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
**Responsibilities:**
* Plan and implement a variety of activities and programs to meet the diverse needs and interests of our residents
* Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of care and services
* Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and community partners
* Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and housekeeping
* Maintain accurate records and reports as required
**Requirements:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Prior experience in a healthcare or social services setting preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
