Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Safety Inspector to join our team at AVI Roofing, Inc. in Denver, CO. As a Safety Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting safety inspections, utilizing supervisory skills, conflict resolution, and ensuring safety protocols are being followed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct safety inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
  • Utilize supervisory skills to lead and train team members on safety protocols
  • Develop and implement safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries
  • Collaborate with management to ensure safety is a top priority
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on safety procedures and protocols

Requirements

  • Experience in conducting safety inspections and ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations
  • Strong supervisory skills and ability to lead and train team members
  • Ability to identify and address potential hazards
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
  • Certifications in safety management are a plus
  • Prior experience in roofing or construction industry preferred but not required
