Job Overview

Integrity Fire Safety Services is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fire Protection Inspector to join our team. As a Fire Protection Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and consistency of fire protection equipment through on-site inspections, testing, and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of fire protection equipment to ensure compliance with NFPA and company standards.
  • Complete inspections efficiently and communicate any issues to the inspections admin team in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with a team of inspectors to problem-solve and learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work independently to self-manage and complete jobs within the allotted time.
  • Utilize company software to complete inspections and daily tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Communicate effectively with Test & Inspection Manager, Field Supervisors, Scheduling Coordinator, and office staff to ensure a seamless process from scheduling to billing.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Testing & Inspection.
  • Knowledge of NFPA 25 codes, with knowledge of NFPA 72, 13, and 2001 being a plus.
  • Denver fire alarm and/or sprinkler licensing is preferred, or will be required to obtain within the first 6 months of employment.
  • NICET Alarm Systems 1 & 2 or Inspection/Testing 1 & 2 Certification(s) are preferred.
  • Comfortable utilizing mobile electronics to complete and transmit inspection documents.
  • Ability to coordinate and communicate inspection deficiencies and the service(s) required to correct found deficiencies.
  • Capability to present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, and AHJs in a professional and educational manner.
