About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to lead our team in delivering innovative solutions for our manufacturing operations. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing electrical systems and processes that meet our site objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainable electrical processes and systems.
  • Lead the design, development, and optimization of electrical equipment and processes to meet site objectives.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure the successful execution of electrical projects.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and solve complex technical issues and provide solutions to eliminate root cause.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the technical knowledge and skills of team members.
  • Provide leadership by example in corporate safety, quality, regulatory, product safety, and sustainability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 2+ years of relevant working experience in electrical engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong technical expertise in electrical systems, including power distribution, machine controls, automation, and network systems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical expertise in converting and manufacturing technologies in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working with technical service providers and direct experience with Rockwell software products.
  • Familiarity with safety PLC systems, Honeywell, and Bailey Systems.
  • Familiarity with machine installations, start-ups, and project management.
