Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team as a Senior Electrical Engineer - Project Lead. This is a key role that will involve leading and managing electrical engineering projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage electrical engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and technicians, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and technicians, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete their tasks.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to minimize their impact.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 2 years in a project leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional certifications, such as PMP or PE.
  • Experience with project management software, such as Asana or Trello.
  • Knowledge of lean management principles and practices.
