RN Health Care Facility Surveyor

Impact Recruiting Solutions is seeking a highly skilled RN Health Care Facility Surveyor to join our team. As a surveyor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of care provided by healthcare facilities across the country.
Responsibilities:- Conduct on-site surveys of Medicare-Medicaid certified healthcare facilities to determine compliance with Federal regulations.
- Evaluate the quality of care, treatment, and services provided to residents/customers of the facilities.
- Communicate non-compliance issues with key personnel throughout the site review and during the exit conference.
- Determine if a plan of correction is acceptable and conduct follow-up visits to ensure implementation.
- Assist with facility and bureau training, and participate in work groups as needed.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing.
- Successful completion of CMS's Long-Term Care Basic Training and passing the Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT).
- At least two (2) years of recent experience working as a surveyor accrediting or certifying facilities that serve the residents of long-term care facilities.
- Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time on a regular basis.
- $75,000 / year salary.
- Full-time position (Monday - Friday).

This is a 100% remote position with up to 75% travel. The surveyor will work with a Quality Improvement Consulting Company and will be responsible for conducting surveys to assess compliance with requirements and regulations guiding the quality of care for residents/customers of the facilities.
