About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a science, technology, engineering, or mathematics field.
  • 8+ years of experience as a hands-on business analyst, product owner, or product manager of software-based solutions.
  • Demonstrated success working with engineering teams to plan, develop, refine, and launch successful software products.
  • Ability to research and explore product and feature opportunities and user experience improvement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to quickly adapt to change and navigate ambiguous problem spaces.

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of or experience in the refrigeration or HVAC domain.
  • Experience implementing eCommerce solutions, preferably via Salesforce B2B Commerce.
  • Experience partnering with external implementation partners.
