Senior Project Manager

PURIS Corporation, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, direction, and coordination of contract or project activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction science, construction management, or civil engineering, and/or military experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including owners, contractors, engineers, and design professionals.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, revisions, and changes with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Monitor and report on project progress, costs, and compliance with regulations.
- Ensure the successful and safe execution of projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction science, construction management, or civil engineering, and/or military experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
- Knowledge of engineering, architectural, and construction drawings.
- Proficiency in job costing, online collaboration, scheduling, and estimating software.
