Program Overview:

Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of experience as an automotive technician is preferred
- ASE or dealership manufacturer certifications are a plus
- Your work should reflect accuracy, creativity, and good judgment
- Excellent manual dexterity, patience, and attention to detail are essential
- A collaborative and approachable demeanor with a focus on skill-based tasks
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required

Key Responsibilities:


- Execute efficient and expert work on repair orders, adhering to dealership, state, and factory standards; stay updated on all factory technical bulletins.

- Address customer concerns with diagnosis, repair, and quality control to meet 'Fixed First Visit' expectations.

- Conduct the KG Electronic Multi-Point Inspection on every vehicle; promptly inform the Service Advisor of any additional issues or time requirements.

- Master our Dealer Management System (Reynolds) for timekeeping, work distribution, electronic inspections, repair quotes, and communication.

- Maintain accountability for all dealership-owned tools and ensure cleanliness in the workspace and customer vehicles, adhering to our 'leave no trace' standard.
