Head of Publisher Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Publisher Operations to join our team at Scopely. As a key member of our External Development Group, you will be responsible for driving our efforts to publish modern games across all gaming platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to ensure publisher readiness for our slate of games.
- Partner with internal and external teams to oversee publisher operations and drive process improvements.
- Manage identified workstreams to ensure priorities are tracking relative to game development roadmaps.
- Field and triage inbound priorities, driving the team's focus and tracking follow-ups.
- Analyze opportunities, summarize findings, and develop go-forward plans to translate recommendations into results.
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA a plus or relevant experience.
- Deep experience with the product, publishing, corporate, and/or central organization side of the games industry.
- Strong working knowledge of the games business, including development, publishing, markets, platforms, and business models.
- Ability to operate under ambiguity and make decisions that reflect the team and company's best interest.
- Project management skills with the ability to set goals and prioritize programs.
- Analytical, observant, and strategic, applying the right balance between data and qualitative information to decision-making and change management.
