Key Responsibilities
  • Data Entry and Management: Enter and update bio, practice group, and experience records in databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Account and Pipeline Management: Update account/pipeline/contact records, identify and remove duplicate contacts and accounts in Salesforce, and create campaign records.
  • Deal Tracking and Analysis: Track and analyze 1,000+ deals annually, including capital markets, M&A, fund formation, and other key areas.
  • Content Creation and Editing: Create and update logo slides, draft opportunity details, and edit pitch documents.
  • Project and Deadline Management: Coordinate with secretaries to calendar partner/marketing calls, manage project deadlines, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Event Support and Coordination: Provide event support, particularly as it relates to attendee intel, and coordinate with teams to ensure successful events.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business, communication, marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Acute attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication and proofreading skills, ability to prioritize and multitask, and high level of initiative and diplomacy.
