* Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Manager and Controller
* Welcome employees, customers, and vendors, and respond to their inquiries
* Assist with delivering core HR processes, including onboarding, terminations, status changes, timekeeping, benefits, and training
* Compile and maintain personnel records
* Answer phones and assist with inquiries
* Assist with bank reconciliation, accounts payable, and monthly closings
* Complete routine data entry
* Compose and type routine correspondence
* Organize and maintain file systems
* Manage office supplies and arrange for equipment maintenance
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including email and faxes
* Perform other tasks and projects as assigned
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience in administrative assistance, human resources, or accounting
* Knowledge of HR and accounting principles and procedures
* Discretion and confidentiality
* Excellent customer service skills
* Positive attitude and attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
* Typing skills
* Productivity and dependability
* Coachability and good communication skills
* Active learning, active listening, and critical thinking skills
* Spanish language proficiency preferred
Salary:
* Starts at $17.50 per hour
