Job Summary

The Relief Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients, while also meeting and exceeding individual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver products and services to clients
  • Verify daily vehicle maintenance and maintain accurate records
  • Manage daily routes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
  • Load and unload products according to company policies and procedures
  • Review invoices for accuracy and make corrections as needed
  • Meet sales goals and promote route growth to enhance profitability
  • Develop leads and prospects, and prepare service agreements
  • Assist the sales organization with new business procurement
  • Monitor customer feedback and handle issues promptly and courteously
Requirements
  • Minimum 21 years of age with a valid driver's license and excellent driving record
  • Customer service experience with diverse customer interactions
  • Strong math and basic computer skills
  • Demonstrated experience selling services and generating new business (preferred)
  • Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and think quickly to resolve customer concerns
Working Environment

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with irregular and long hours, and exposure to varying weather conditions. The ability to lift and maneuver up to 25 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally is also required.

Education and Certifications
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
Compensation

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $22.52 to $22.52, depending on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.
