Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist

TotalMed Allied is seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist for a travel assignment in Hartford, Connecticut.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team. As a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and assisting with interventional radiology procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with interventional radiology procedures, including angioplasty and stent placement
  • Operate imaging equipment, such as X-ray and fluoroscopy machines
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including administering contrast media and positioning patients
  • Monitor patients during procedures and provide post-procedure care
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care

Requirements:

  • Current certification as an Interventional Radiology Technologist
  • 2+ years of experience in interventional radiology
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
