At BayCare Health System, we're committed to delivering exceptional patient care and advancing the field of respiratory therapy. As a Respiratory Care Practitioner CRT Pool, you'll play a vital role in our Extended Care team, providing high-quality services to patients in need.
About the RoleThis is a pool position, offering flexibility and variety in your work schedule. As a Respiratory Care Practitioner, you'll work closely with our team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, utilizing your expertise in respiratory therapy to make a meaningful impact.
Responsibilities- Deliver respiratory care services under the order of a physician, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
- Perform noninvasive and invasive procedures with minimal oversight, utilizing your clinical skills and judgment to ensure patient safety and well-being.
- RRT (Respiratory Therapy License)
- Active NBRC Credential for RRT
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
