Outside Sales Representative

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing a sales strategy to target small to medium-sized businesses in the region.
- BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS WITH BUSINESS LEADERS TO PROMOTE OUR SERVICES AND SECURE CONTRACTS.
- Collaborating with our Business Coordinator to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales efforts.
- Participating in regular reviews with your Sales Manager to discuss successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of three years of business ownership experience or face-to-face direct sales experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not necessary - we value relevant experience over academic credentials.
- Strong self-motivation and discipline, with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, particularly with business leaders.
- Excellent communication and listening skills to uncover client pain points.
- Ability to begin work immediately and commit to a long-term career path.
As an Outside Sales Representative, you can expect a competitive compensation package that includes:
- Commission-only structure with residual income and daily cash bonuses.
- Realistic first-year earnings of $100K-$110K.
