Job Title: Hearing Instrument Specialist

Lucid Hearing is seeking a motivated and ambitious Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our team in Hickory, NC. As a leading innovator in the field of assistive listening and hearing solutions, we are committed to helping people hear better.

About the Role:

We are looking for a licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser and/or Audiologist who is passionate about helping people hear better. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a sales attitude, and an entrepreneur mindset with problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct free hearing screens and analyze test findings to make recommendations for assistive listening and hearing solutions
  • Dispense and educate patients on the use and maintenance of hearing aid devices
  • Make follow-up calls to patients to ensure satisfaction with their assistive listening and hearing devices
