Community Health Enrollment Advocate

In this critical role as a Community Health Enrollment Advocate, you will focus on connecting patients with essential healthcare services and resources.
Key Activities
- Travel to and participate in statewide outreach events as needed, typically 2-4 times per month.
- Attend all required meetings and trainings.
- Develop extensive knowledge of healthcare and social service resources available in the community.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is required; experience with Microsoft Office software suite preferred.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish (or another language spoken by a significant portion of our patient population).
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for regular travel to outreach events and work locations.
Compensation Package
This role offers a competitive salary of $52,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits including medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, a 401(k) retirement plan with a match, and a generous PTO package.
