  • Train and onboard new caregivers, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities
  • Assign patient cases to caregivers, guaranteeing timely starts and high-quality service delivery
  • Maintain compliance with laws and company policies, including caregiver clock-in and clock-out requirements
  • Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and patient families to ensure satisfaction and quality service delivery
  • Participate in on-site visits as needed
