Overview

Roto-Rooter is a leading provider of water quality solutions, offering a unique opportunity for a sales professional to join our team. As a Water Quality Sales Representative, you will be responsible for pursuing sales opportunities and solid leads generated from field service technicians and call centers.

Responsibilities
  • Follow up on company-generated leads and appointments
  • Conduct territory site visits offering our water quality, conditioning, and filtration solutions
  • Show prospective customers the available systems & options
  • Conduct in-home water quality tests and determine system installation feasibility
  • Be a trusted informational resource for Roto-Rooter customers
  • Meet weekly sales objectives
Requirements
  • A valid driver's license
  • Water quality sales experience is strongly desired, but not required
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of smart devices, applications, and Microsoft Office
  • Plumbing experience or knowledge is unnecessary
  • Ability to independently problem solve, resolve conflict, and manage priorities
