Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team. As a Primary Care Physician at One Medical, you will be responsible for managing a patient panel, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, and providing high-quality care to our patients. You will work collaboratively with our team of healthcare professionals to deliver seamless in-office and 24/7 virtual care services.
Responsibilities- Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs
- Conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
- Provide high-quality care to patients in-office or in testing centers
- Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams
- Utilize your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
- Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
- Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date
- State licensed in Washington, D.C., obtained before your One Medical start date
- A competitive salary range of $211,000 to $225,000 per year
