Job Description

**Job Summary**

The Sales Development Representative plays a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth by effectively managing customer relationships and fostering strategic partnerships.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Act as the primary point of contact to understand customer needs, create tailored solutions, and address service requirements.
  • Collaborate with the team to provide accurate quotes, establish terms and conditions, and ensure compliance with contracts.
  • Develop and execute plans to boost sales revenue and achieve forecasted goals.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop account and territory strategies and negotiate pricing.
  • Proactively follow up on opportunities and leads, analyze quote dispositions, and explore new customer prospects.

**Work Environment**

This role is based in a sales office environment, utilizing standard office equipment.

**Required Education and Experience**

Minimum of an Associate's degree with related experience, or equivalent combination totaling four to six years.

**Preferred Education and Experience**

Additional relevant education or advanced training in recent sales techniques.
