Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team at Jobot. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in driving our business forward by developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and providing technical support and advice to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to prospective clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to target potential customers.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and goals.
  • Provide technical support and advice to customers, helping to solve any issues they may have.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining our products or services to customers and prospective customers.
  • Collaborate with the research and development team to understand how our products can meet the needs of current and prospective clients.
  • Contribute to the development of sales materials, including brochures, datasheets, and product specifications.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of the market, including competitor activities and industry trends.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales engineering role within the manufacturing industry.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong technical knowledge of the manufacturing industry and its processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
