Job Overview

Dabri, Inc. is seeking a skilled Project Engineer and Senior Project Engineer to support infrastructure projects in Dublin, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and engineering, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Coordinate engineering design and construction activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, and procurement, to optimize project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance protocols.
Senior Project Engineer Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage large-scale engineering projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, and monitor progress against these plans.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering their professional growth and development.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
  • 5-10 years of experience in project engineering or management.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
