Project Manager

- Schedule and coordinate project work, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation
- Interface with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables
- Lead and execute projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and goals
- Review project scope and ensure accurate and complete project entry into our corporate system
- Request project invoicing from accounting and review invoice amounts with clients
- Perform job site safety analysis and attend project meetings as required
- Attend weekly inter-office scheduling and coordination meetings
- Conduct job site inspections and review for client satisfaction
- Maintain a daily log of activities and correspondence
- Ensure tools and equipment are returned and coordinate activities between field and shop, subcontractors, and owner's suppliers
- Review cost reports and variances, and negotiate and administer scope changes in the work
- Attend continuous training opportunities and participate in local network events and organizations
- Bachelor of Science or Associates degree in Engineering or Construction related field (desired, but not required); professional work experience acceptable in lieu of formal degree
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively work with craft people and client personnel
- Ability to estimate work and proficiency in computer-based management systems
- Ability to climb ladders and stairs to view potential work and perform typical office activities
- Ability to work in a standard office environment and construction areas, which may be dirty, non-climate controlled, and difficult to access
