Lead Superintendent Opening

Jobot is seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as a Lead Superintendent in the Construction industry. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of construction projects, overseeing all operations from the initial design phase through to completion.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of multi-family construction projects, including planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Manage on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project goals are met.
  • Manage project budgets and contracts, including negotiating contract terms and managing change orders.
  • Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure construction projects meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Ensure all construction activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Resolve any on-site issues or disputes in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including progress reports and forecasts.
  • Continually improve construction processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a superintendent in the construction industry, with a focus on multi-family projects.
  • Proven experience in commercial construction, site management, budget management, and contract management.
  • A strong understanding of construction management principles and best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve project goals.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve on-site issues quickly and effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with project team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Proficient in construction software and technology, with the ability to use these tools to enhance project efficiency and quality.
  • A strong commitment to health and safety, with a proven track record of ensuring compliance on construction sites.
  • A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is a plus.
  • Certifications in construction management, project management, or a related field are a plus.
