Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of laundry personnel to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inventory and ordering of laundry supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and operation of laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, and ironing machines.
  • Monitor and report on laundry production and quality control.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve laundry efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and hospitality teams to ensure seamless linen supply and distribution.
  • Train and develop laundry personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of laundry or housekeeping supervision experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bi-lingual skills a plus.
