Job Title: Corporate Culinary Director

This is a high-level leadership role at Bar Crenn, requiring a seasoned culinary expert with a strong background in management and operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale kitchen operations, leading teams, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the culinary operations of all Bar Crenn restaurants, ensuring consistency and excellence in food quality, presentation, and service.
  • Develop and implement innovative menus, recipes, and kitchen procedures to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain relationships with local farmers, purveyors, and suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and optimize costs.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and purchasing to ensure cost control and budget adherence.
  • Collaborate with the owner and management team to develop pricing strategies, menu engineering, and promotional campaigns.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role in a high-end restaurant or hospitality company.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving profitability, and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in culinary arts or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year
