About the Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Temporary Order Entry Associate to join our team at Herff Jones. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for processing orders from our customers and sales partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize daily orders for entry into our system
  • Input student information into Oracle/Order Manager
  • Verify orders for completion and math errors
  • Meet accuracy standards of 95% or better after 2 weeks of training and 99% after 4 weeks
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Previous experience in data entry or a similar role preferred
  • Excellent communication and math skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
