Key Responsibilities
  • Design and specify project-appropriate architectural requirements, ensuring a high degree of quality and attention to detail.
  • Plan and develop projects of various sizes, working under supervision and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Investigate, evaluate, and recommend design solutions, prioritizing work and receiving guidance on complex issues.
  • Perform Revit modeling and detailing, contributing to the development of project deliverables.
  • Participate in cross-discipline discussions and coordination, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Conduct site investigations and observations, gathering valuable insights to inform design decisions.
  • Prepare basic narratives, reports, drawing, and specification documents, adhering to project schedule and budget constraints.
  • Participate in construction administration, reviewing shop drawings and submittals, responding to RFI's, and working to solve construction issues.
  • Assist with marketing and business development activities, helping to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Travel for project-related activities, as required.
  • Coordinate the work of junior professionals and technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Exercise independent judgment in evaluation, selection, and use of standard techniques, working to solve problems when encountered.
  • Competent in general conventional aspects of architecture, with a diverse knowledge of architecture principles and practices.
  • Perform work requiring independent judgment in evaluation, selection, and adaptation/modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria.
  • Independently solve problems encountered, applying sound and diverse knowledge of architecture principles and practices.
  • Attend client meetings and communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, and others during various stages of project development.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in the AEC industry.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from an accredited college or university.
  • Architecture registration required.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
