The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, effective safety management, and a commitment to skill development and time management. Our goal is to foster a supportive community where residents can thrive.

This is a full-time position with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and includes on-call responsibilities at a premium rate. Compensation can reach up to $24.00 per hour.

The Facilities Maintenance Manager will participate in an on-call emergency rotation for evenings, weekends, and holidays, receiving additional pay for each call-out.

AAMCI offers numerous training opportunities, including paid programs to achieve advanced certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct preventive maintenance
  • Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues
  • Manage HVAC systems
  • Install and repair electrical components
  • Assemble plumbing and machinery systems
  • Utilize a variety of tools, including hand and power tools, as well as precision measuring instruments
  • Prepare units for new occupants
  • Perform painting tasks
  • Complete work orders efficiently
  • Order necessary parts
  • Document repair types and costs
Essential Qualifications:
  • HVAC Certification
  • Handyman skills
  • Commitment to workplace safety
  • Physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting, climbing, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Valid Driver's License

Additional benefits consist of paid holidays, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan. Employees become eligible for the 401(k) plan after one year of service, with a company match of 5%, fully vested from the first contribution.
