Position Overview:
As a Construction Site Engineer, you will serve as a pivotal leader on-site, prioritizing health and safety while ensuring the quality of reporting and craftsmanship. Your role will involve overseeing that all engineering tasks are executed with professionalism and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate in the creation and execution of innovative construction strategies to enhance safety and productivity.
  • Develop comprehensive work plans to ensure efficient and safe project execution.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning of project management, including the development of detailed schedules and deliverables.
  • Assist in managing project budgets, manpower, equipment, and material resources.
  • Engage in daily operational decision-making to ensure successful project execution and financial performance.
  • Support the procurement and management of subcontractors and suppliers to guarantee timely and quality work delivery.
  • Monitor and document project progress, ensuring accurate reporting of costs and resource utilization.
  • Participate in quality control and assurance processes to maintain compliance with project specifications.
  • Provide technical support for construction planning and the development of efficient methodologies.
  • Assist in project close-out activities, ensuring all documentation and requirements are met.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a four-year degree in engineering or construction management, or equivalent experience in heavy civil construction projects. Preferred candidates will have at least two years of field experience in similar roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software is essential.
