About Our Client

Our client is a distinguished general contracting organization recognized for executing top-tier commercial and residential construction initiatives. They prioritize excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction. They are currently in search of a seasoned Site Manager to supervise a significant project.

Job Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee all on-site construction operations to guarantee project delivery in accordance with designs, specifications, and timelines.
  • Team Leadership: Direct and manage the on-site construction crew, including subcontractors and laborers, fostering a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all work adheres to local building regulations, company standards, and project specifications.
  • Safety Oversight: Establish and enforce safety measures and protocols to maintain a secure work environment for all personnel.
  • Communication: Act as the primary on-site liaison for the project management team, providing consistent updates on project progress and addressing any challenges.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers, inspectors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely material delivery and successful project milestones.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and address any challenges or conflicts that arise during construction, minimizing delays and budget overruns.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Site Manager in the construction sector, particularly with commercial projects.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction techniques, materials, and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications.
  • Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
  • OSHA certification or equivalent safety training is preferred.
