As a Barista, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized coffee station.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages to a high standard, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to member and guest needs, and soliciting feedback to improve service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized coffee station, restocking equipment and supplies as needed.
  • Develop a thorough working knowledge of coffee and tea menus, and be able to articulate to guests in an engaged and thoughtful manner.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, using POS systems to manage transactions and maintain cash handling and communication skills.
  • Communicate effectively with servers and management to ensure delivery of drinks in a timely manner and alert management when running low on a particular item.
  • Impeccable customer service by responding promptly to member/guest needs, soliciting feedback to improve service, and responding to all member requests.
  • Competency in conversing with Reunion members, Guests, and potential Members regarding our various programs and amenities.
  • Set up and breakdown of the coffee station on a daily level.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a Barista or similar role in luxury hospitality, food, and beverage environments.
  • Consistently provide thoughtful and personal service with the goal of developing a rapport with members and guests.
  • Ensure the coffee area is set and ready for service and always kept tidy manner as it is guest facing.
  • Maintain cleanliness and always restock equipment as needed.
  • Proficient use of POS for ordering and billing purposes.
  • Cash handling and communication skills with management executed with the utmost professionalism.
  • Execution of the order of service in a timely and accurate manner with the goal of creating memorable service.
  • Thorough working knowledge of all beverages: coffee/tea/non-alcoholic/wines/beers/spirits.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment.
